OUR TECHNIQUE - Using your own bodyweight as resistance, the barre boutique workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief and length. Our effective process, called isometric interval training, includes chiseling arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-sculpting ab moves and lengthening stretches. It’s not easy, but that’s precisely why it works.
